Aker Systems, founded in 2017, designs, builds and operates advanced, AI-ready data infrastructure and solutions for large organisations that require highly secure, cloud-based data platforms. The company works primarily with clients in high-assurance, highly regulated environments, including government, energy and utilities, and financial services.

Its work rests on two proprietary platforms. The Aker Cloud Enablement Platform™ provisions, secures and manages cloud environments; the Aker Data Enablement Platform™ creates and manages Data Products. These are combined with standardised, repeatable services, a model intended to leave in-house IT, operations and data teams able to run what has been built rather than dependent on external support.
