Founders Factory

Founders Factory is a venture studio and startup accelerator that builds and funds startups alongside entrepreneurs and large corporate partners. Founded by serial entrepreneurs Brent Hoberman, Henry Lane Fox and George Northcott, the firm combines capital investment with dedicated operational support, working with founders from the earliest stage to develop new ideas, technologies and business models into high-growth companies.

Its activities span three areas. The Venture Studio partners with entrepreneurs from day one to develop and build new companies. Sector-focused accelerator programs combine investment with hands-on support for early-stage founders across specific industries. Venture funds back portfolio companies alongside the studio and accelerator. Sector coverage includes Deep Tech, Fintech, Health and Industrials, with work spanning venture building and startup acceleration.

The organisation employs more than 60 expert operators and has built a portfolio of over 450 companies, which have gone on to raise significant follow-on funding. Corporate partnerships give portfolio companies access to credibility, distribution channels, market intelligence and commercial opportunities. Founders Factory is headquartered in London, with a presence in New York, Berlin, Milan, Singapore, British Columbia, Perth and Grand Bahama.
