Kooth is a digital mental health company that has built online mental health services for children, young people and adults over more than 20 years. Its core product, the Kooth platform, combines anonymous peer support forums, text-based counselling with qualified professionals, self-help resources and moderated content, and is available to over 7.8 million users. The company's technology spans digital mental health platforms, online counselling systems, peer support forums, mobile health apps and moderated content platforms.

The business operates in partnership with the NHS, and where its services are commissioned it accounts for 8–10% of the NHS Mental Health Services Dataset. More than one million hours of professional support have been delivered through the platform.
