Wiz Co, founded in 2020, builds a cloud security platform that connects code, cloud, and runtime into a single security graph, automating risk reduction and threat response. The company was acquired by Google Cloud in March 2026. It serves customers across all major cloud providers, including AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI and Alibaba Cloud.

The product suite comprises four components. Wiz Security Graph links code, cloud and runtime to give end-to-end context for risk reduction; Wiz Cloud covers cloud security posture and risk identification; Wiz Code secures code within the platform; and Wiz Defend provides threat detection and response. Technical domains span graph-based security analysis, AI-powered security automation, runtime threat detection, risk prioritisation and multi-cloud security.

Reported scale figures include $100M in ARR reached within 18 months, adoption by more than 50% of Fortune 100 companies, over 230 billion files scanned daily and 5 million cloud workloads secured. The company describes itself as one of the fastest-growing software companies ever.

Wiz Co is led by CEO Assaf Rappaport. Its stated mission is to help organisations create secure cloud environments that accelerate their businesses, with an emphasis on speed and precision for security teams operating at AI speed.
