Zencargo is a global digital freight forwarder, founded in 2017, that combines logistics operations with technology to manage supply chains for customers ranging from FTSE 100 companies to fast-growing startups. The firm employs more than 200 people and operates from four offices, in London, Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Chicago, while serving customers worldwide.

The company's engineering work spans artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, real-time visibility, workflow automation and supply chain technology. Two products sit at the centre of this. Luca is an AI-powered supply chain co-pilot that automates complex workflows, provides real-time visibility and delivers predictive insights. The Zencargo AI-powered platform is a digital freight forwarding platform designed to support smarter trade and supply chain decision-making.

Zencargo was founded by Alex Hersham, Jan Riethmeyer and Richard Fattal with the aim of transforming global trade; the company describes its mission as building "a world of smarter trade". Its operating model pairs in-house logistics expertise with product development, across the freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain management and global trade sectors.
