Bear Robotics is a Silicon Valley robotics company founded in 2017 that develops AI-powered autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) for the hospitality and logistics industries. Its engineering work spans AI-powered navigation, distributed multi-robot control, remote fleet management and robotics software platforms, drawing on LiDAR, 3D cameras and intelligent mapping to achieve sub-centimeter precision navigation. The company was founded by John Ha out of firsthand experience in restaurant operations, with a mission-driven focus on addressing the physical demands of service work.

The product line includes Servi, a food service delivery robot for hospitality and restaurant settings; the Carti series for warehouse and logistics automation; and Servi Clean for cleaning applications. These run on Bear Universe, a proprietary software platform providing distributed multi-robot control, remote fleet management and AI-powered navigation, and which enables the orchestration of up to 1,000 robots in a single space.

More than 16,000 robots have been deployed across commercial settings in over 20 countries, with geographic presence in the United States, South Korea and Japan. Industry verticals served include hospitality, food service, logistics, warehousing, cleaning and facility maintenance, as well as commercial, home and industrial robotics.

In 2025 LG Electronics acquired a 51% majority stake in the company. Bear Robotics is now integrated with LG's commercial robot business, a structure intended to accelerate innovation.
