Content Guru is a global cloud provider of Customer Experience (CX) technology, delivering enterprise-grade solutions through its proprietary storm® platform. The platform unifies AI, communications, systems of record and IoT technologies in a single secure, scalable environment, and is designed for mission-critical deployments across enterprise and public sector organisations. Its architecture spans omni-channel communications, omni-automation, omni-data personalisation and omni-customer integrations, with deep connections into third-party hardware and software.

Two further products extend the platform. The brain® AI layer provides AI orchestration, including autonomous and semi-autonomous agentic AI assistants alongside human-assist capabilities. storm CKS®, a Customer Data Platform, supports omni-data personalisation. The technical scope of the work covers cloud computing, generative and agentic AI, contact centre as a service (CCaaS), omni-channel communications, customer data platforms, IoT integration and systems of record integration.
