Debenhams Group is a British online fashion and lifestyle retailer that operates a portfolio of five core brands - boohoo, boohooMAN, PrettyLittleThing, Karen Millen and Debenhams - alongside a marketplace platform and a financial services division. Its technology work spans e-commerce platform development, marketplace infrastructure, financial services technology and online retail systems, supporting millions of customers globally across the United Kingdom and other markets.

The group's marketplace is a stock-lite, capital-lite model that connects roughly 10,000 brand partners and underpins the company's stated strategy of rapid growth alongside profitability and cash generation. The Debenhams name dates back to 1778 and, after more than two centuries as a department store, now operates as an online department store. Following a 2021 administration buyout, the business underwent a turnaround; in March 2025 the group rebranded from Boohoo Group to Debenhams Group to reflect its marketplace-led strategic direction. The wider business operates across fashion, home and beauty.
