Houseful

Houseful is a residential property software, data and analytics group operating in the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. The company describes itself as the leader in residential property software, data and insights, and its technology spans property data and analytics, automated valuation models, real estate software platforms, CRM software, consumer insights and marketplace or portal technology. It runs three distinct businesses - Zoopla, Alto Software Group and Hometrack - alongside the brands Prime Location and Calcasa, connecting participants across the property journey.

Scale is considerable. Zoopla, the property portal, attracts over 60 million monthly visitors. Hometrack delivers automated valuations and data analytics to mortgage lenders, producing more than 50 million automated valuations a year and counting 18 of the top 20 UK lenders among its customers; through Calcasa it serves all major lenders in the Netherlands. Alto provides CRM and software solutions for estate agents. Between them, Houseful brands power more than half of all UK housing transactions each year.

The group covers residential property, mortgage lending, estate agency, property software, property data and valuation. It has been owned by the private equity firm Silver Lake Partners since 2018. Houseful was renamed from ZPG Property Group in September 2023, a change intended to reflect its evolution from a property portal business into a broader software, analytics and services provider. The company states a mission focused on transparency, efficiency and better outcomes across the property journey, drawing on data, consumer insights and industry expertise.
