Nebius builds full-stack cloud infrastructure for AI work, combining GPU clusters and AI-optimized data centers with supercomputer-level performance at hyperscaler scale. Its platform, Nebius AI Cloud, includes large-scale GPU clusters deployed across Europe and the United States. The company has also built ISEG, a supercomputer ranked among the world's most powerful. A multi-billion-dollar agreement with Microsoft covers the delivery of dedicated AI infrastructure.

Headquartered in Amsterdam, Nebius operates data centers in Europe and the United States, including a sustainable, AI-optimized facility 60 kilometres from Helsinki and a new site in Vineland, New Jersey. The engineering team numbers in the hundreds, with experience building infrastructure at scale. Technical domains span GPU computing, high-performance computing, machine-learning platforms and data-centre engineering, with sustainability a stated focus of facility design.

Nebius has raised $700m from investors including Accel, NVIDIA and Orbis. Its customer base ranges from AI and machine-learning startups and research institutes to enterprises, spanning sectors such as healthcare and life sciences, robotics, finance and entertainment. An in-house AI R&D team uses the platform itself to test it against the needs of machine-learning practitioners.
