Ravio is a real-time compensation data and management platform built for the technology sector. The company's Compensation Intelligence Platform connects directly to customers' HR systems to produce live market data, which supports salary benchmarking, equity management and pay equity analysis. Its data covers more than 100 roles across over 46 countries, and the platform is used by more than 1,200 companies.

Technical work spans compensation data analytics, real-time data infrastructure and HR systems integration, with pay equity analysis a core capability of the product. Ravio reports $22m in funding and was founded in 2022 by Roy Blanga, Merten Wulfert and Raymond Siems, all former Deliveroo executives.

Headquartered in Europe, the company works with technology firms there and internationally, and states an ambition to become a global standard for compensation management. Its stated mission is to help ensure people are paid fairly regardless of background, with pay equity and transparent compensation central to the product and to the company's culture.
