Hard Rock Digital is the digital gaming and sports betting arm of Hard Rock International and the Seminole Tribe of Florida. Founded in 2020, the company holds an exclusive worldwide mandate to build and operate online gaming products for the Hard Rock brand, which has more than 50 years of history in entertainment, gaming and hospitality. It operates as a joint venture between its two owners.

The company runs two consumer brands. Hard Rock Bet is a sportsbook available on mobile app and desktop, launched in multiple U.S. states. Hard Rock Games encompasses social gaming applications and an online casino featuring slots, table games and live dealer experiences. Both are delivered across regulated markets, with Ontario, Canada, serving as the first market outside the United States.
